Lisa found this one in 2017 while looking for something new to bring to our neighborhood St. Patrick’s Day party. It’s a basic beef stew except for the tomato paste and Guinness beer. It was good nonetheless, and so we saved it.

When I couldn’t find my trusty Soda Bread Recipe in 2015, I shamelessly copied this one from foodnetwork.com. As it turns out it looks pretty similar to mine, but tastes even better. I’ve used yellow raisins along with the currents too.
